Romney's man spoke into his earpiece saying "raise taxes." Well, I know my way around electronic equipment, and for one sound-byte, and nothing more, that was intended to go to Romney's earpiece some how end up on the camera's microphone is next to impossible. It almost definitely requires foul play or a monumental mistake. This is complete BS.
