In a remarkable political comeback, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) has won the New Hampshire Republican primary while the Democratic race seems headed down to the wire with results showing a surprisingly tight contest between Sens. Barack Obama (Ill.) and Hillary Rodham Clinton (N.Y.).
